The number of slams you have won in the past,
your previous rankings at any other slam competition,
the number of CD's, Chapbooks and published poetry books you have.
nor your current status in the world of slam poetry matters at the Arkansas Grand Slam.
We do what we do to celebrate the poet and the art of spoken word
so please leave your ego at the door.
